Sound Bath
A sound bath meditation is a healing practice where participants are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations, typically produced by instruments like gongs, singing bowls, chimes, or tuning forks. The sound frequencies are intended to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and balance energy, allowing the mind and body to enter a meditative state. During the session, individuals lie down in a comfortable position while the sounds wash over them, helping to calm the nervous system, improve focus, and encourage emotional healing. Location is 630 Shatto Pl., Los Angeles, Ca 90005. **Please bring your own mat/blanket, pair of socks (optional), $5 cash or Zelle for payment.
